Project Manager – Extinguishing – Hybrid (to cover Europe)

The Project Manager’s primary purpose is to ensure Extinguishing jobs are delivered on time and to budget or better to the customers satisfaction. They will manage expectations and highlight any potential problems and discuss with customers before they become an issue.

As a secondary role there will be some on-site Engineering support (commissioning) where needed and support to SFS on occasions.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Job handover from sales/contracts manager
  • Procure Materials/Sub-Contract Labour.
  • H&S implementation for Project, including site plant registers.
  • Document Control/purchasing.
  • Design support to Director.
  • Produce O&M Literature and issue all job-related commissioning paperwork.
  • Monitor budget, monthly applications/invoices and sub-contractor invoices.
  • Support Sales team with technical/general assistance.
  • Monitor on-going warranty/defect issues.
  • End Project reviews.
  • Assisting in BAFE Audits.
  • Regular travel throughout the UK and occasional European travel.
  • On site Engineering support & SFS support where needed.

Package negotiable, subject to experience.
